Maple syrup boil!

Last week we enjoyed the early spring with friends by heading out to the maple hill and tapping a little over a dozen maple trees. This week we got a good sugar snow and the sap is flowing! Come join us for maple syrup making part 2! this time we will gather to talk about the sap boiling process- and how the sap turns into syrup! All attendees will recieve a test bottle of our homemade maple syrup, and available for purchase we have copies of Sugar snow by Laura Ingalls Wilder.  We ask that each family bring a donation of $20 to help cover the cost of supplies (but we dont require it).  Please be advised the farm gets very muddy in the spring so wear your boots and mud clothes!
